1. Who we are

2. Services & agreement formation

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing. A binding agreement is formed when we issue a written offer (by email) and the Client accepts it in writing ("Email Offer & Acceptance").
3. Fees & payment
